Miss Dolly Cakes

I have never been a desert guy. Loved my Grandma's Apple Pie and my Mother's O Henry Bars, and anything my wife makes. But until a month ago I wouldn't desire a desert out side the 3 people I list above. That has changed I would drive hours wait in line on Black Friday and fight Mike Tyson for just one Miss Dolly Cakes. Just one Cupcake will rock your world.

Miss Dolly Cakes is an online cupcakery specializing in gourmet, vegan cupcakes. Seventeen-year-old Erica Parlee is the owner. Erica is a vegan (has been for a year) and baking is a passion she’s pursued since she was old enough to crank the dials on the oven! She is the cook of the family and her parents and siblings encouraged her to pursue sharing her confections with the world; thus, Miss Dolly Cakes was born!

St. Baldrick's Foundation

What does it take to Conquer Kids’ Cancer? It takes a bold mission: The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a volunteer-driven charity committed to funding the most-promising research to find cures for childhood cancers and give survivors long and healthy lives.... It takes funding life-saving research: St. Baldrick’s has committed more than $56.9 million in research grants since 2005 and the Foundation now funds more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. It takes a community of supporters: Every year, 160,000 kids are diagnosed with cancer worldwide and one in five won’t survive. The St. Baldrick’s Foundation community is made up of donors, researchers, families, kids and volunteers from around the world who believe that even one child lost is one too many. It takes volunteers and donors: St. Baldrick’s signature head-shaving events are the world’s largest volunteer-driven fundraising opportunity benefiting childhood cancer research. St. Baldrick’s participants collect pledges to shave their heads in solidarity with kids with cancer, raising money to fund childhood cancer research. St. Baldrick’s letsCONQUER events offer new and unique ways to get involved with the Foundation, outside of its head-shaving events, be creative with fundraising, and stand in support of kids with cancer. It takes Facebook supporters: By engaging and interacting with posts, notes, stories and imagery that the Foundation shares, St. Baldrick’s Facebook supporters are spreading the word about childhood cancer faster than ever before. They’re tuned in to hear compelling stories about kids battling cancer, getting glimpses into the advancements of childhood cancer research, and learning the fun, quirky side of St. Baldrick’s through all of the unique ways they can be a part of the movement to Conquer Kids’ Cancer. They’re taking this information and spreading the word. Join them. Together, let’s CONQUER! See More

Saundra Seward (Author) of The Question IS.. 5 star winner

New book of intriguing, alluring, thought-provoking, nostalgic, sexy, hilarious questions compiled to liven any group!

Critics are calling it "daringly honest"!

It also makes a great gift book for most age groups!

This small yet powerful book will keep the conversations going throughout the night!  With every group of people, the responses will never be the same.  Each gathering of family and friends provide a different opinion to the very same question!  It is interesting to hear the different view points of your peers!

"The Question Is..." was designed to get people back to the art of conversation again!  With email, text messaging, etc, no one seems to take time anymore for casual talk.  Though technology is great, we are losing the face to face personalization and human emotion of current events.

"The Question Is..." has been put to the test!  Within my  groups, I noticed that the focus on more of the in-depth questions lasted over an hour each!  The outcome of many questions within the groups has been that is truly okay to agree to disagree on certain subjects...and rightly so.  Each individual has their own opinion on certain matters!

The great thing about these conversations is that we recognize other viewpoints for further consideration!  The meeting of the minds clarifies misconceptions!  The questions are random so that they cover a wide range of topics yet will be specific to your group of friends.

Order your copy and get back to the art of conversation!
