Miss Dolly Cakes is an online cupcakery specializing in gourmet, vegan cupcakes. Seventeen-year-old Erica Parlee is the owner. Erica is a vegan (has been for a year) and baking is a passion she’s pursued since she was old enough to crank the dials on the oven!
